She utilizes styling to promote individuality and self confidence in her patrons. Her mission extends past the salon into the community to influence young girls to believe that their situation do not define them and believes that through her work she can inspire growth in others.

Briana Bridges
A healthy hair stylist who specializes in beauty and mental health. Briana graduated from Empire Beauty school in 2020 motivated by her parents who were also in the beauty industry. Her mother, a Cosmetologist and father, a Barber. Briana grew up in a salon where she found her passion for the hair and make-up. In addition to her love for all things beauty Briana is also very passionate about giving back to young women and girls. She has started a non-profit organization called “She Said, BLS” where she intends to mentor young women by building confidence and leadership skills.

Shaliyah LaShea is a visionary hair specialist redefining the beauty industry with a fresh approach to natural hair care and silk press treatments. As the founder and CEO of Shaliyah LaShea Salon, she is committed to not just styling hair but transforming the way clients experience hair care—focusing on education, empowerment, and the long-term health of their hair. With an innovative touch and a deep understanding of natural textures, Shaliyah bridges the gap between tradition and modern techniques, offering personalized solutions that promote strength, shine, and confidence.
Beyond hair, Shaliyah is passionate about uplifting women and children who have experienced domestic violence. She aspires to launch a nonprofit dedicated to providing support, resources, and empowerment for survivors, helping them rebuild their confidence and independence. Her mission is to inspire a new standard in the beauty industry—one where hair health, self-love, and community impact go hand in hand.
